Covenant Buildings, LLC is a family operated construction and facility management company that wants to help your building and business succeed.

Our president, Toby Axelsson, started Covenant Homes in 2002 as a residential remodeling and construction company. Backed by his experience in all areas of construction, the business grew successfully into a well known and trusted construction company throughout the Western Slope, Grand Valley, and Grand Junction, CO.

In the aftermath of the housing recession in 2009, Toby knew he needed to find a more comprehensive way to stimulate the economy and help the businesses around him return to the new normal. It was then that, led by Toby, we morphed our business to include the commercial division.

And thus, Covenant Buildings, LLC was born.
