Originally from Florida, Amy and her husband moved to Grand Junction to be closer to family and enjoy the fantastic adventure of living in the beautiful Grand Valley. An avid world traveler, gardener, wine enthusiast and lover of their rescue dogs, Amy brings life to all around her.
Dan Mangum, Operations Manager
Dan directs the Construction Management division of the company. Dan is our “boots on the ground running” guy, making sure that all of our projects are functioning efficiently.

Noelle Wilking, Janitorial Operations Manager
Noelle directs the Facility Management division of the company. Her goal is to ensure the buildings and businesses that are in her care are maintained with excellence and attention to detail.

Noelle has been with Covenant Buildings since 2015, working her way up from Janitor to Janitorial Supervisor, and more recently to Janitorial Operations Manager in March 2019. She has worked in custodial services and building maintenance since 2010, serving both residential and commercial customers.
Drawing from her years of cleaning experience and construction background, Noelle brings a skilled and trained eye to all of her responsibilities including quotes and bids for new customers, hiring of staff, maintaining relationships with current clients, and most particularly her weekly inspections.
Noelle is an avid reader of classical literature and loves drinking tea while gazing out a rainy window. When they are not at their day jobs, she and her husband spend their “extra” time working on remodeling their house and dreaming about new projects.
